Welcome to Rummy91 (accessible at https://rrummy91.com/). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rummy91 website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and play real-money games on Rummy91.

  • Account Creation: You may only open one (1) account per person, device, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or manipulate gameplay will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

  • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before initiating any withdrawals.

2. Restricted Territories

As per current Indian state laws, residents of certain states are strictly prohibited from participating in real-money gaming.

  • Restricted States: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, and Meghalaya.

  • If you reside in or are accessing the platform from any of these states, you are only permitted to play our “Practice/Free” games. Rummy91 reserves the right to terminate accounts and forfeit funds of users found bypassing geo-location restrictions.

3. Game of Skill

Rummy91 offers 13-Card Rummy, which has been recognized as a “Game of Skill” by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Success in our games is predominantly dictated by the player’s knowledge, training, attention, experience, and adroitness. The games offered do not constitute gambling or betting under applicable Indian laws.

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits, Withdrawals, and Taxes

  • Deposits: All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. We do not accept corporate accounts or third-party payments.

  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to your verified Bank Account or UPI ID. Rummy91 aims to process withdrawals instantly, but processing times may vary depending on banking network availability.

  • Taxes (TDS): In compliance with the Income Tax Act of India (specifically Section 194BA), Rummy91 will deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at the applicable rate (currently 30%) on your Net Winnings at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year.

  • Refund Policy: Once funds are deposited and utilized in a game, they are non-refundable. In the event of an accidental deposit, you may request a refund before playing any games, subject to a processing fee.

5. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Policy

Rummy91 is committed to maintaining a secure and fair gaming environment. We employ an automated Anti-Fraud AI and RNG (Random Number Generator) system.

  • Collusion and Syndicate Play: Players are strictly prohibited from teaming up, sharing card information, or intentionally losing chips to another player (Chip Dumping).

  • Bots and Third-Party Software: The use of automated bots, hacking tools, or any third-party software that alters gameplay is strictly forbidden.

  • Violation of the Fair Play Policy will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and confiscation of all wallet balances.

6. Service Interruptions

While we strive for 100% uptime, Rummy91 is not liable for any losses incurred due to server crashes, software bugs, internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the user’s end during active gameplay. In the event of a verified server crash on our end, the specific game will be voided, and entry fees will be refunded to the participating players.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law enforcement agencies.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Rummy91 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
